Garrett Sager (he/him) is a theater director, producer, and performer based in Hudson, NY.


An advocate for community and accessibility in the arts, he is dedicated to curating inclusive performance spaces filled with joy, celebration, and heart. He also has a passion for the creation of new theatrical work in all forms.

Garrett has worked on numerous productions in New England and New York, at locations such as West Chelsea Arts NYC, UMass Amherst, OBERON / A.R.T., and Boston Playwrights’ Theatre, among others.

He is a co-founder of Queer & Now, an unapologetically feminist, trans-inclusive, futuristic physical theater company based in Amherst, MA.

Garrett also has experience in arts administration, currently working as a Digital Marketing Assistant at the Fisher Center at Bard.
